Two sofas, one of which converts into an extra bed,
A flat-screen TV with Wii console and a selection of games,
A large table adapted to the capacity of the room.

The functional kitchen has everything you need for your meals:
Induction hob, extractor hood, oven and microwave, large-capacity fridge, kettle, toaster, 1 filter and 1 pod coffee maker, juicer, a variety of kitchen utensils, plus plenty of storage space.
For your convenience, a washing machine and clothesline are also available.

The sleeping areas comprise :

Red room (2 people): equipped with a 140x200 bed, flat-screen TV, large wardrobe, desk, bedside table per person with lamp, central lighting near the bed and full-length mirror.
Chambre bleu (3 people): equipped with a 140x200 bed, a 90x200 bed, a flat-screen TV, storage space and a private terrace with direct access from the bedroom.
Each room has its own private bathroom, including a large shower, toilet and washbasin with storage space, for optimum privacy.

Outside, enjoy a private plot of land and a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for relaxing. A private parking space is also available in front of the property.
