Isolated and perched in the heights, offering an unobstructed view, this former independent farmhouse offers spacious accommodation and quality renovation (preservation of architectural features typical of Vosges Saônoises farms: beams, stone cornice). First floor: fitted kitchen with dining area, living/dining room with fireplace (insert), sitting room with wood-burning stove, shower room, WC, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), laundry room. First floor: mezzanine, 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room, WC. Terrace, unenclosed lawn garden. Possibility of garage for bikes or motorcycles. Small fountain and pond (no Fishing). Covered terrace (under old bread oven). Pets not allowed.
In winter, depending on weather conditions, please bring snow equipment for the car.

Electric heating and wood heating extra (8 kWh/day included). Utilities not included. Cleaning charge: €50 - Sheets: €10 per pair.
