In unenclosed grounds, the charm of a Countryside house with a covered terrace and a Chalet for bikes, baby carriages... Entirely restored, the warm, colorful and refined interior will bring you serenity. The Holiday cottage "la Charmille" is a pretty, detached house, not overlooked, offering on the first floor: entrance hall, separate toilet, equipped kitchen, flat-screen TV lounge, a 2-person bedroom (1 bed 140/190) and bathroom (Italian shower, toilet). Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140/190), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (twin 90/200), 1 shower room (Italian shower, wc).

Utilities not included: Stove, wood 30€ per week. Electric heating (8 kwh per day included) Beyond that, 0.25cts/kwh.

Cleaning deposit 50€ payable on site. Bed linen provided. Electricity invoiced according to actual consumption after meter reading 0.15€/kwh (over 8kwh/day included). Free wood. Baby equipment on request: bed, chair, changing mat.
