Pricing Information and Terms of Stay

- Electricity charges not included: consumption billed according to meter reading (€0.28/kWh consumed)
- Use of the pellet stove is subject to an additional charge: €7 per 15-kg bag (price subject to change)
- Mandatory end-of-stay cleaning: €60
- Bath linens option: €10 per person for stays of 1 to 7 nights
- Pets allowed (maximum 2, subject to conditions) for an additional €8 per day per pet. A specific deposit of €150 per pet will be required (€300 for two pets)

Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair. Electricity invoiced according to actual consumption. 0.28 €/kwh, after meter reading.

Pellet stove: invoiced according to actual consumption: 7€/15kg bag.

Unenclosed pond: Kids under parents' responsibility.
