In the heart of the Vosges Saônoises, in a preserved and isolated environment, discover the Holiday cottage La Chapelle: this typical farm, restored with taste and respect for stone and wood, opens its doors to you for an excellent stay. Magnificent views over wooded landscapes, small fountain.

Detached Holiday cottage.

First floor: entrance via old cart, living room with pellet stove, fitted kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room with walk-in shower, separate WC.

Upstairs: mezzanine lounge with flat-screen TV, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds). 1 shower room and WC. Laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer).

Utility room: Kids' games, table soccer, storage for bikes, motorcycles, baby carriages.

Heating: pellet stove if used (consumption at the tenant's expense, i.e. €7 per 15kg bag, price depending on availability) and electric convector heaters. Wooden terrace (enclosed). Lawn garden, portico, petanque court.
Unenclosed pond: Kids under parents' responsibility.
Fishing and Swimming not permitted.

Pets allowed, maximum 2 (contact owner for vaccination certificate and breed of pet, depending on importance, owner may refuse pets) ( 8€ per day per pet ) + end-of-stay cleaning compulsory (60€).

On arrival, a deposit of €350 will be required for the rental.

Charges not included, electricity consumption after meter reading:, 28 cts of kwhs consumed, pellets if using the stove,

Towels option, 10€ per person for a stay of 1 to 7 nights.

In winter, depending on weather conditions, snow equipment for the car is mandatory for our region.

Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair. Electricity invoiced according to actual consumption. 0.28 €/kwh, after meter reading.

Pellet stove: invoiced according to actual consumption: 7€/15kg bag.

Unenclosed pond: Kids under parents' responsibility.
