Situated in Marast, a hamlet near Moimay, in the countryside, quiet, new detached single-storey house. First floor: spacious living room with flat-screen TV, DVD player / fitted kitchen / dining area, wood-burning stove (a basket of wood is provided for the living room). French windows with access to covered terrace. Two bedrooms, each with 1 x 2-person bed (160), 1 bedroom with 2 x 1-person bunk beds. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate WC.

Heating not included: extra charge based on meter reading. Electric underfloor heating and wood-burning stove. Cleaning deposit payable on site. Fishing lodge.
