Beautiful house with character, nestled in the peaceful village of Fretigney. This spacious Holiday cottage offers all the comforts you need for a convivial stay with family or friends.

The house has two levels: a first floor and an upper floor, with a large accessible basement for safe parking. There's also a billiard room, ideal for relaxing evenings.

The accommodation comprises 4 comfortable bedrooms: one on the first floor with a 160cm bed, the other 3 upstairs, including one with 2 90cm beds, ideal for Kids. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a large flat-screen TV. A shower room is available on the first floor and a bathroom on the first floor.

There's also a large garden with a lounge, a trampoline for the Kids, mini soccer cages, a hammock and a terrace with a barbecue and plancha for outdoor summer meals.

Inside, a convivial dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, etc.) allow you to prepare tasty dishes just like at home. The cosy living room invites you to relax with its flat-screen TV and warm, atmospheric lighting.

This Holiday cottage is all-inclusive: Beds made on arrival, Bed linen and towels provided, end-of-stay cleaning included.
