Close to Alsace, Switzerland, Germany (Territoire de Belfort, Doubs Jura). Shop and village center nearby. At the edge of the woods, a path leads to the ballastières, ideal for walks or bike rides, and the site also includes a Lake for swimming. Entirely renovated with a bicycle theme, this house combines comfort and tranquility. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. Pétanque court. Baby equipment. The rooms are spacious and welcoming, designed with your relaxation in mind. The Holiday cottage has two fully equipped kitchens, perfect for preparing delicious meals that you can enjoy in the enclosed garden, around a barbecue. Small pets allowed on request (dogs, cats, etc.). Bicycles are also available for your stay. Bicycles are loaned free of charge and are the sole responsibility of the user. The owner declines all responsibility in the event of accident, loss or damage. Only one small pet allowed (dog, cat, etc.). IMPORTANT: If you use the barbecue, please take care of it and clean it after use. If it is not returned correctly (dirty barbecue), a deduction of twenty euros will be made from the deposit. It is strictly forbidden to light a fire on the ground or use a charcoal barbecue!

4 bedrooms ( 2 bedrooms for 2 people and 2 bedrooms for 3) with 6 single beds 90x190 and 2 double beds (140x190 and 160x200).
Bathroom with toilet, shower room and 2 separate toilets.
Terrace and independent garden.
Pétanque court.
Facilities : Barbecue (to be returned clean), Flat-screen TV, Internet access, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, freezer, deckchairs, Bikes and mountain bikes available.
One small pet allowed, €7.50/day per animal.

The Holiday cottage is offered on an all-inclusive basis: bed linen, towels, beds made on arrival, utilities and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price.
However, out of respect for the place and for the smooth running of subsequent stays, holidaymakers are asked to: Empty the garbage cans at the end of their stay, wash and put away the dishes properly, respect the selective sorting instructions, and report any breakage or damage.
Failure to comply with these basic rules will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

Electricity surcharge according to consumption and meter reading (15 KWH free per day, 0.21€/Kwh beyond that).

The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the entire stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and garbage), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption - if the gîte is heated electrically, you have 15 Kwh per day at your disposal (any excess must be paid on site to the hosts). To secure access to the accommodation in case of absence, an external camera is installed at the entrance to the gîte. It is directed only towards the gate and respects travelers' privacy.
