In winter, try your hand at Nordic skiing on marked trails, with cross-country skiing possible at Saint-Bresson depending on snow conditions, or head for the neighboring resorts: Larcenaire in Bussang (35 km), Ermitage Frère Joseph in Ventron (38 km) or Rouge Gazon in Saint-Maurice-sur-Moselle (40 km). Located just 2.5 km from the village, this charming detached house offers a peaceful interlude in the heart of nature. On the first floor, you'll find a convivial kitchen, a living room with a sitting area for relaxing, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There's also a laundry area with washing machine, ideal for independent living. Upstairs, two adjoining bedrooms separated by a door create a warm and homely sleeping area: one with a double bed (140x190), the other with a double bed (130x190), a single bed and a baby bed, ideal for young and old alike. Outside, enjoy the pleasant grounds planted with trees and flowers, perfect for recharging your batteries. Garden furniture, a barbecue and two deckchairs invite you to enjoy the sunny days in complete tranquillity. On the practical side, a garage space is available for storing bikes or motorcycles. Horse riders are not forgotten, with the possibility of horse stalls and pastures. Wood heating and Electric heating, utilities included.
