Close to Pesmes (castle, royal house... one of the most beautiful villages in France) or Marnay, a town of character with many sports and leisure activities: canoeing, kayaking, paddle, Fishing, Hiking with the paths of Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle, canoeing, cycling circuits... 30 kms from Besançon, its old town and Citadelle (Museums, zoo...). 25km from Vesoul, its English garden, Lake Vaivre, etc.

Beautiful 18thᵉ century house entirely renovated with care, located in Cenans (70230), on the banks of the river Ognon, in a quiet and natural environment.

The stay is offered at an all-inclusive rate: Beds made on arrival, Utilities included, Bathroom linen provided and end-of-stay cleaning included.

First floor:
- Large, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto living/dining room.
- Flat-screen TV and wifi.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.

First floor:
- A large landing room with good quality sofa bed.
- Separate WC.
- A bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm bed.

2nd floor:
- A bedroom with two 90 cm beds that can be combined to form a 180 x 200 cm king-size bed.

Outside :
- Terrace with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue.
- Sun loungers.
- Transport cart to the Beach.
- A large 89-acre unfenced garden offering various relaxation areas: trampoline, slackline, raised wooden terrace with sunbeds and yoga mats.
- On the river bank, access to a small Beach with picnic table and deckchairs (Kids are the responsibility of their parents).
- A natural setting conducive to calm and relaxation.
