A quiet, detached holiday cottage consisting of:

Ground Floor:

- A fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, and espresso machine.
- A dining area.
- A living room with a sofa bed that can serve as an extra sleeping space, a TV, a pellet stove, and direct access to the garden.
- A bathroom.
- A separate toilet.

Upstairs:

- A bedroom with a 160-cm double bed.
- A bedroom with three 90-cm single beds and an adjoining bathroom with a toilet.

Outdoors:

- Two terraces, one at the front of the house and the other at the back, opening onto an enclosed 800 m² garden (with a 1.50 m low wall and fence), featuring a large stone barbecue, patio furniture, a ping-pong table, and bicycles.
