Chez Alexanne

Just a stone's throw from Château de Gy and the village of Bucey-les-Gy, both of which have been awarded the "Petites Cités Comtoises de caractère" label, the "Chez Alexanne" gîte is ideally situated for discovering a wide range of activities: hiking and mountain biking in the "Monts de Gy", discovering the typical fauna and flora (brame du cerf, wild orchids...), the paths of Saint-Jacques-de-Compostelle and the Via Francigena. For your taste buds... try the local delicacies: wines from the Charcenne and Bucey les Gy vineyards, the Milleret cheese factory, the Helicicole farm, and marvel at the "Acorus" water garden in Autoreille. 35 km from Vesoul and Besançon, and 70 km from Dijon.

The Holiday cottage "Chez Alexanne" is a pretty, bright and comfortable single-storey detached house. There's a lovely living room with dining area, flat-screen TV, DVD player, built-in kitchen and pellet stove. Three French windows give you direct access to the outside terrace, which is naturally shaded by a weeping willow. One bedroom with 1 double bed (160/190), a 2nd bedroom with 1 double bed (140/190) and 1 single bed. Bathroom with bath and shower. Separate WC. Private semi-enclosed garden. Utilities and heating not included (except for 1 bag of wood pellets/day), more according to actual consumption. Electric heating and pellet stove. Cleaning deposit: €50 to be paid on site. For your comfort: table and bathroom linen provided. Bed linen provided and Beds made on arrival. Wifi Internet access. Board games, books, magazines. At your disposal: barbecue, garden furniture and two deckchairs.

Charges: 5€ per additional bag of pellets. Electricity: beyond the 8 kwh included/day, electricity will be billed according to actual consumption, after meter reading, at 0.25€/kwh. Cleaning deposit to be paid on site 50€.
