In a small village, Semi-detached house in an old farm building (not used) comprising ground floor: entrance, living room with wood-burning stove, kitchen/dining area, 1 bedroom (2 twin single beds - 1 single bed 1 cot), shower room/WC, shower room, WC. 1st floor: 1 mezzanine bedroom (closed 2 single beds), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 relaxation room (with games, TV...). 1 WC.
Gas/wood heating. Lawn garden with covered terrace to the front of the house and enclosed courtyard with lawn and games, with flowers and blinds to the rear of the house.
CHARGES NOT INCLUDED.
Bed linen included and Beds made on arrival.
Bathroom linen not provided.
Additional deposit for pets: €20/pet. Invoicing for heating (propane gas) according to actual consumption after meter reading (€4/kg)-invoicing for electricity according to actual consumption after meter reading (€0.19/kw), wood invoiced at €15/week. Baby equipment: playpen, high chair, potty, bathtub with seat.

Excellent week-end prolongé entre amis dans un gîte bien équipé et très propre.
