First floor: fitted kitchen/living room (pellet stove), 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60m), 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60m), 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.90 m), shower room, separate wc. Terrace. THE OWNER REQUIRES A DEPOSIT CHEQUE FOR THE GITE 300€ + A DEPOSIT CHEQUE FOR THE HOUSEWORK 100€. For fishermen: extra charge of 9€ per day per fisherman, to be paid directly to the owner.
