Ground floor: entrance (bread oven); fitted kitchen/living room (wood-burning stove)/lounge (stereo), shower room + wc, storage space. 1st floor: bedroom 1 (1 bed 1.60 x 2.00), bedroom 2 (1 bed 1.40 x 2.00 + 1 bed 0.90 x 1.90), bedroom 3 (2 beds 0.90 x 2.00) , bathroom, separate wc. Baby Equipment. Housekeeping included and possibility of renting sheets. Terrace, small, partially enclosed, shady private garden. 5 VTC bikes and a Kids seat available. Private garage and parking. Central heating included + solar panels. Non-smoking Holiday cottage. Qualified Holiday cottage au Jardin. REDUCTION : 100 € FOR 2 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, 200 € FOR 3 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS, 300 € FOR 4 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS. For the period from 15/08 to 29/08/2026, booking only possible for the 2 consecutive weeks. Nous avons passé un très très bon séjour. Le gîte d'Alain et Gwenola est vraiment beau, pratique, dans un joli cadre, calme, à deux pas de belles balades, de chouettes visites.

Un beau gite aménagé dans un corps de ferme au milieu d’un jardin où coule un ruisseau. Parfait pour les quelques jours de vacances au vert que nous y avons passés en famille.
