Attractive Holiday cottage in the owners' former Comtoise farmhouse, which also includes another gîte ( 25G385 ). In a hamlet surrounded by nature. Warm wood interior. Owner's private Piscine (unsupervised swimming from 9am to 6pm): open from mid-May to end-September, weather permitting, heated. SAUNA (€5/person for one hour, bookable with the owner). NO CAT. Only one pet per stay.

1st floor: separate entrance via an outdoor staircase, built-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 1.60 m + 2 bunk beds 0.90 m—FOR KIDS ONLY), bathroom, separate toilet, storage room. Spacious mezzanine on the 2nd floor. Terrace and enclosed lawn area of 30 m². Baby equipment available upon request. Central heating included (wood heating + solar panels) and bed linen provided (beds made on arrival). Owner’s business: horse boarding and breeding. (No horseback riding on site)
