Located in a hamlet of 4 houses at 1000m altitude, chalet with magnificent views of the Jura mountains. 2 ha of land around the chalet with farm nearby. In winter, snow tires are mandatory.

Level 1: Access via an outdoor staircase (8 steps). Beautiful living area with a built-in kitchen and living room (wood-burning stove) opening onto a wraparound balcony, 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed),
shower room, and separate toilet. Level 2 (attic): 1 bedroom (1 1.40m bed), 1 bedroom (4 0.90m beds, including 1 bunk bed + 1 double sofa bed).
Garden Level: bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, and toilet; gaming room (with 1 double sofa bed); a wellness area with Spa and Sauna (access for an additional fee: 1 night €150 / 2 nights €200 / 3 nights €270 / 4 nights / 5, 6, and 7 nights €340). Bed linen and towels provided. Mandatory cleaning fee of €90 extra. Storage room on the ground floor. Parking. Fiber internet. Electric heating charged extra based on meter reading, payable to the owner
