Year-round rental accommodation in a small part of the property.

Level -1: corridor leading to 3 bedrooms: winter bedroom (2 beds 0.80mx0.90m), autumn bedroom (2 beds 0.80m x 0.90m), summer bedroom (1 bed 1.60m), 1 small kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet and a 4th bedroom with 2 beds 0.80mx 0.90m including 1 drawer and its own private shower room with toilet. Bed linen and towels provided.2 levels opening onto 2 large terraces with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Parking for 5/6 cars. Valerie Beautiful house between nature and the city
We had a very nice stay in this house. The house has everything you need! We enjoyed using the kayaks and bicycles to explore the Doubs.
The pool was really nice, because it was very warm. With the jetstreams on, you can really take a swim.Really nice hosts made us feel very welcome. The house is on a very nice spot, with beautiful views and close to the city besancon.

Endroit loin de tout idéal pour un week-end au calme et ressourçant.
De nombreux équipements fournis pour la cuisine comme pour diverses activités de loisir (tennis, canoë...).
Le gîte est très grand, idéal pour que chacun se sente à l'aise.

Le gîte est dans un cadre très verdoyant, tranquille, agréable, paisible, spacieux, très bien équipé, la piscine a été très appréciée, accès à la véloroute. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire.
