Isolated in the heart of nature and surrounded by fir trees, it benefits from a vast, unenclosed, sloping plot of land.
All shops are 4km away in the village center: bakery, supermarket, tobacconist's, Pharmacy, fruit shop, local produce store.

The building features a vast single-storey living room with integrated kitchen and lounge (fireplace) opening onto a lovely 100m² terrace.
- Level +1: bedroom 3 (1 bed 1.80m), bedroom 4 (2 beds 0.90m), shower room and wc.
- Level -1: bedroom 1 (1 bed 1.60m), bedroom 2 (1 bed 1.40m), shower room and wc.
- First floor: access from outside or inside stairs from basement and level -1.
Basement: closed garage for 3 or 4 vehicles (ping-pong table and boules set available), laundry room (washing machine and dryer), vaulted cellar. 2 possible accesses to the house: 1 via the living room and 1 via the basement. Beds made on arrival, bathroom and kitchen linen provided. Underfloor central heating and wood heating included. End-of-stay cleaning package mandatory: €150.
Surveillance cameras are installed outside the building. The owner's dogs are kept in a kennel on the property.
