Entrance via an outdoor staircase. 1st floor: entryway (pellet stove), kitchen/living room opening onto a balcony/terrace, bathroom with shower and toilet. 2nd floor: 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed + 1 sofa bed), 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60m). Secure, covered parking for bikers. Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided. Fiber internet. 1st bag of pellets included; additional bags of pellets to be paid directly to the owner.
