Beautiful villa surrounded by 15 ares of wooded grounds with swimming pool and 2 terraces of 40 m² and 12 m² respectively, located in a quiet village 25 minutes from Besançon, Arbois and Dole. Unheated outdoor pool open from May to September (swimming not supervised).
Access via outside staircase. Ground floor: entrance hall opening onto terrace, living room opening onto large terrace with fitted kitchen and lounge, Jungle bedroom (1 bed 1.60m), bathroom (whirlpool bath), separate wc. 1st floor: mezzanine, blue bedroom (1 bed 1.60m), orange bedroom (1 alcove bed 0.90m and 1 bed 1.40m), yellow bedroom (1 bed 1.60m), shower room + wc. Basement with 1 or 2-car garage, washing machine, tumble dryer. Bed linen and towels provided, heating included. Exterior electric socket (classic) for recharging electric vehicles (not a terminal). Compulsory cleaning fee of €80 per stay.

LB Un très bon week-end
Très bon accueil de la propriétaire.
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end.
Le gîte, spacieux et très propre, se situe dans un beau cadre champêtre.
De belles balades à faire dans les environs, grottes d'Osselle à proximité.Seul bémol, la base nautique qui est payante et fermée hors saison.
Nous recommandons le gîte.

Un gîte grand et confortable, très bien équipé, dans un petit village calme.
La piscine est un vrai plus !
Très belle superficie pour 5 personnes, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur.
A proximité d'une jolie grotte (Osselle), et à une distance correcte de diverses activités/villes à découvrir (Besançon, Dôle, Salines...), voire Beaune à 1h de voiture.- Cleanliness
