It opens onto a large 30m² private terrace with landscaped grounds.

2 access options: via entrance hall with 6 steps (possibility of storing skis, bikes, etc.) or via ground-floor bedroom. First floor: fitted kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove, 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.90m) opening onto terrace, 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.90m) accessed by 2 steps, 1 shower room, 1 wc, 1 small laundry room.
