Attractive, detached chalet-style house set in greenery, with private, unenclosed pond. On-site fishing permitted: carp and roach. Parents responsible for outdoor access.

First floor: entrance via small veranda, fitted kitchen/living room (insert fireplace, mini-chain), shower room, separate wc. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 1.40m, mezzanine (2 beds 0.90m). 2 terraces including 1 covered of respectively 10m² and 24m² + unenclosed grounds, petanque area, private parking, covered shelter. Electric heating on meter reading + wood not included (€7 per box). No short-stay bookings, only weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
