Raised first floor: shared entrance with owners. Holiday cottage: entrance hall, living room with fitted kitchen and sitting room opening onto balcony/terrace. Possibility of 1 x 2-person sofa bed for an extra charge for the 5th and 6th person. 2 bedrooms, each with 1 x 1.60 m bed, shower room + wc. Shared laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer). Heating included, bed linen and towels supplied. Compulsory cleaning charge of €50. Parking in front of the house. Owners' apartment upstairs. KIDS ACCESS TO RIVER UNDER ADULTS' RESPONSIBILITY. Private balcony terrace in Holiday cottage, then large waterside terrace shared with owners. Access from the Holiday cottage's outside staircase. Access to sheltered outdoor jacuzzi at no extra charge.
