First floor: entrance hall with storage space, spacious living room with integrated kitchen, living room and lounge. 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60m + cot), 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60m), 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.90m), shower room, separate toilet with washbasin. The living room and 1 bedroom open onto the terrace. Laundry (washing machine and dryer). Sheets, towels and household linen provided. Enclosed parking and 7.4kw RECHARGE STATION for electric and hybrid vehicles (free recharging). FIBRE Internet and HIFI docking station. Adjoining: owner's technical premises to manage the mini-barnyard. Extra charge of €100 per stay for utilities and cleaning.

LN76690 SEJOUR EN FAMILLE
Séjour parfait. La location est vraiment très bien. Il ne manque absolument rien. Le propriétaire est vraiment très gentil. La région est superbe et nous reviendrons sans hésiter à une autre période de l'année pour pouvoir visiter certains lieux qui étaient malheureusement fermés en hiver. Je recommande à 100%.

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances ici ! Jean-Marie est serviable et gentil (merci encore). Le gîte est incroyable et très bien équipé ; rien ne manque. La belle piscine est parfaite !

Les Toulois Très beau gîte
Un gîte exceptionnel quant à l'excellent accueil de son propriétaire Jean-Marie, de la qualité du gîte richement équipé, de son environnement très nature avec en plus de nombreux animaux. Nous n'arrivons pas à trouver ce qui lui manque à ce gîte.
Quand vous savez que son emplacement est intéressant avec de nombreux points d'intérêts.
