Charming little chalet "à fleur d'eau on the shores of Lac Saint-Point. Nestled in a bosky bower, this cottage is sure to provide you with a peaceful, relaxing vacation.
Numerous activities are available nearby, including fishing on the lake and on the 1st category river, mountain biking, hiking, spa, water sports center, Nordic and downhill skiing, climbing, heritage visits...
A private rowboat is also available during the summer months, for walks or fishing on the lake. Use of the boat is the sole responsibility of the user, and the owner is in no way responsible for the conditions in which the equipment is used. Users are strongly advised to use safety equipment that is not supplied by the owner.
As the chalet is supplied with spring water, please bring mineral water for drinking.

Garden access via outside staircase. Entrance hall, living room opening onto balcony/terrace and comprising a fitted kitchen, living area with sleeping area (sofa bed 1.40m) heated by pellet stove, which is regulated by a thermostat, pellets available in the basement. 1 bedroom with 2 beds 0.90m, shower room + wc. Baby equipment available on request. American and Dolce Gusto pod coffee makers, raclette equipment available in the Holiday cottage. Laundry room shared by 3 Holiday cottages 200m away (washing machine, fondue set, etc.). PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED. ONLY ONE PETS PER STAY. 19° heating is required. Cleaning charge 65 € to be booked with the owner. No short stays
