Situated in a leafy part of the village, near the Doubs and Eurovéloroute 6, attractive little detached house with 17m² sheltered terrace and enclosed grounds. FIBRE Internet access.
Access to house via outside staircase. First floor: fitted kitchen/living room opening onto sheltered terrace, 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.80m x 2.00m or 1 bed 1.60m), shower room, separate wc. Central heating by heat pump and air conditioning in summer. Parking available. Bed linen and towels provided. Charges: €30 supplement per stay for end-of-stay cleaning. No reservations for short stays from early June to late September (weeks only) and short stays on request from October to late May.
