A recently renovated and very comfortable holiday cottage located on the ground floor of a village house. It features a 20m² paved terrace with an awning and a private, enclosed 80m² garden. 400m away: Lake Remoray, where you can swim and fish (boat rentals available). 500m away: bakery, butcher shop with regional products, mini-market, Restaurant, Pharmacy, and electric vehicle charging station. 5 km away: Malbuisson water park with a swimming pool, fitness center, and Wellbeing area (spa, Sauna, Hammam). The owners’ daughter lives on the first floor of the house.
Level (1 step): entrance via small veranda, pleasant living room with fitted kitchen and lounge opening onto terrace, hallway leading to bedroom (2 beds 0.90m x 2.00m), shower room with toilet and storeroom. Electric heating + pellet stove in the living room: heating included. Bed linen and towels provided and end-of-stay cleaning included. Beds made on arrival. FIBER Internet access. NON-SMOKING HOLIDAY COTTAGE. Private parking, 5- or 6-night bookings on request (no bookings for less than 5 nights).

Romu Séjour au bord du lac
Très beau logement au confort absolu. Accueil chaleureux et efficace. Rien ne manque pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible. Literie très confortable Toutes les commodités et produits régionaux sont vraiment à proximité . Le beau lac de Remorey est à moins de 500 m et la station de Metabief est à 10 minutes. En bref, notre séjour était vraiment formidable.

Très belle appartement avec tout le confort, très propre et joliment décoré.On s'y sent comme chez soi.
Endroit calme et reposant, les propriétaire sont très accueillants et vraiment au petit soin pour nous, et donne de bons conseils pour les restaurants, les produits du terroir et les lieux à visiter. Nous reviendrons.. et je le recommande fortement.Jérôme et claudie

Nous étions les premiers locataires à rentrer dans ce gite, dans un état neuf. Propriétaires aux petits soins. Gite très bien équipé: lave-linge, sèche-linge, poêle à granulés et tout le petit électroménager.... A proximité du lac de Remoray, du lac de St Point. Commerces à proximité. Que du positif !
