Well-independent, single-storey gîte located on the first floor of the owners' house. Beautiful view of Lac Saint-Point.

Garden level: fitted kitchen/living room (flat-screen TV, DVD player, stereo), 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60 x 2.00m), 1 bedroom (2 beds 0.90m), shower room, separate wc . Spacious, partially enclosed grounds, private terrace. Cleaning deposit of 40€ payable on arrival. Options: bed linen (12€ bed 1 person, 15€ bed 2 persons) and towels (5€ per person), end-of-stay cleaning (40€) to be paid directly to the owner. NO SHORT STAYS.

    Magnifique région

    Gîte très bien placé vue magnifique sur le lac St point. Intérieur très agréable et fonctionnel. Terrasse superbe. Accès au Gîte de plain pied. Et propriétaire agréable et à l'écoute. Nous reviendrons.

    Séjour très agréable

    Gites bien équipé et confortable. Belle vue sur le lac Saint-Point.
    Environnement très calme, parfait pour se reposer.
    Je recommande ce gîte. J'y ai fait 2 séjours (2020 et 2025), et y retournerai.
