A fully renovated family home located in a small village in the METABIEF MONT D'OR resort area, near Switzerland. Tastefully decorated with a cozy and warm atmosphere. The versatile house is divided into 3 units accommodating 2 people and 2 x 6 people, respectively, each on a different floor. Available for shared use by all 3 units: a Wellbeing area with a Spa and Sauna, landscaped grounds, and a pétanque court. Meal delivery available upon request and by reservation. Public charging station for electric or hybrid cars located 100 meters away. The Wellbeing area is accessible via a separate entrance and requires a reservation for one-hour time slots (1h00).

Ground floor: entry hall, Spa area + Sauna with shower room and restroom. Holiday cottage for 6 people, 2nd floor: open-concept kitchen/living room, bedroom 1 (2 beds, 0.90m), Bedroom 2 (2 beds, 0.90m each, or 1 bed, 1.80m), Bedroom 3 (2 beds, 0.90m each, or 1 bed, 1.80m), shower room, separate restroom. Sheets, bath towels, linens, and end-of-stay cleaning (additional charge of 180€). Parking reserved for the 3 holiday cottages. Free access to the Wellbeing area with a 6-person Spa and Sauna (the Sauna requires a reservation with the owners).
