Located in Lods, one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France", this Holiday cottage benefits from an exceptional natural setting in the Loue valley, between rock, heritage and white water. You can explore the source of the Loue, the Nouailles gorges or the valley's belvederes, for a journey between panoramas and nature. Take advantage of the panoramic terrace, the 250m² riverside garden with private fishing on a 150m-long course, the pétanque court or the Wellbeing area with sauna and 12° cold bath. Closed garage for bikes and motorcycles, charging station for electric vehicles.

Entrance by outside staircase. 1st floor: entrance hall and semi-professional kitchen with pantry, small living room, large dining room with pellet stove, breakfast area, 6 bedrooms: 2 3-person bedrooms and 4 2-person bedrooms. 2nd floor: beautiful gaming room/bar with billiards, table soccer, darts, arcade 5000 games, etc... small fitness room, projection room with 100-inch flat screen, seminar room with interactive screen, sleeping area with 6 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms for 3 people and 3 bedrooms for 2 people. All rooms have a private bathroom and toilet. Beds are 0.90m or 0.80m x 2.00m, with the option of twin beds. Ground floor/basement: storage (bikes, Fishing, etc.) and drying room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Rates include: bed linen and towels, end-of-stay cleaning.
