Spacious, self-contained Holiday cottage in a large, fully-renovated Comtoise farmhouse in the heart of the Val de Morteau, near Switzerland. Modern, uncluttered decor. Private balcony-terrace with beautiful views of nature and the village.
Entrance by outside staircase. 1st floor: entrance hall, fitted kitchen/living room opening onto balcony/terrace, corridor/office leading to bedrooms and bathroom, 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60m), 1 bedroom (1 bed 1.60m + 1 bed 0.90m), bathroom (bath + shower), separate WC, laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer). Heating included, bed linen and towels supplied. Baby Equipment (cot + high chair + changing table and mattress). The farmhouse includes the owner's accommodation on the first floor and year-round rentals with separate entrances. Fibre-optic Internet access.
