In an 18th-century house, independent gîte on the 1st floor of the owner's home. Close to the Arcier springs, in a quiet location 10 minutes from Besançon. A good compromise between town and country. GR59 on site. Unenclosed wooded grounds.
Entrance via barn (staircase 13 MARCHES). 1st floor: spacious living room with kitchen and lounge area, 2 bedrooms each with 1.40cm bed and one with air-conditioning (electricity extra payable to owner), 3 steps to small dressing room, bathroom (bath + shower) and separate toilet. Reserved parking. Beds made on arrival and bathroom linen provided. Holiday cottage on first floor. Sleeps 2 people maximum. NO SHORT STAYS ( 5 nights minimum ) ONE PETS PER STAY. LOW-SPEED INTERNET ACCESS.
