If you'd like to travel by bike through Burgundy, the Côte d'Or (Tour de Bourgogne à vélo, Voie des Vignes...), or take a break near Nuits Saint Georges, in a small village on the Hautes-Côtes, the "Villa Modeliacus" holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' house, offers you: Access via an outside staircase: fully-equipped kitchen with island and stand-up table, opening onto a small covered terrace. Upstairs, sitting area on landing, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160 cm bed and TV, 1 bedroom with 2 twin 90 cm beds and TV, 1 shower room with large Italian shower and double basin, 1 separate WC. Wifi access. Beautiful 7x3-meter swimming pool, shared with the owners, heated from May to September (weather permitting). Terrace, deckchairs. Private parking in courtyard (up to 2 cars). Washing machine and freezer available on request from owners. Baby bed and high chair on request.
