If you’d like to take a break near Nuits-Saint-Georges in a small village in the Hautes-Côtes region, the “Villa Modeliacus” holiday cottage—adjacent to the owners’ semi-detached house—offers: Access via an outdoor staircase: a fully equipped kitchen with an island and a high table, opening onto a small covered terrace. Upstairs, a small sitting area with a TV (smart TV), 1 bedroom with a 160-cm bed and a TV, 1 bedroom with 2 90-cm beds that can be joined together and a TV, 1 bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double sinks, and 1 separate toilet. Wi-Fi. Beautiful 7x3-meter pool, shared with the owners, heated from May to September (weather permitting). Terrace, lounge chairs. Private parking in the courtyard. On-site laundry facilities (washer and dryer) available for a fee. 22-kW electric vehicle charging station available for a fee. Baby bed and high chair available upon request.
