Spacious and comfortable, this fully renovated former farmhouse is ideal for vacations with family or friends, accommodating up to 12 people in a setting perfect for rest and relaxation.
On the ground floor, you’ll enjoy a beautiful dining room with a wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a TV and a sofa (140 cm sofa bed), You’ll also find a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, and a second bathroom with a shower, ensuring optimal comfort.
Upstairs, the sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), one bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a wooden baby bed, and a large “dorm-style” family bedroom featuring two double beds (140 cm), two single beds (90 cm), and a loft with a double bed (140 cm).
Outside, you’ll enjoy the beautiful terrace furnished with patio furniture, a parasol, and a gas grill, perfect for al fresco dining. Sun loungers are available for relaxing, while the kids can have fun on the swing, and young and old alike can gather around the ping-pong table.
Pets are allowed for an additional €30 per stay. 450 m² of partially fenced property. Shed. Private enclosed parking.
Surrounded by nature, tranquility, and wide-open spaces, this holiday cottage is the perfect base for exploring the region’s treasures or simply enjoying a rejuvenating getaway, far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Shops in Aignay-le-Duc, 5 km away. Places to explore: the Châtillonnais region and the Haute Côte-d’Or, the museum and the Vix Treasure in Châtillon-sur-Seine, the Ampélopsis Wine Center, the Sources de la Douix, and the Alésia MuséoParc. Hiking through the beautiful Châtillonnais forests on walking trails or mountain bike routes. The Crémant Route and Champagne Vineyards are nearby. In Origny, 5 km away, there’s a cheese shop where you’ll find the famous raw-milk Epoisses AOP Fermier.
All inclusive holiday cottage: beds made on arrival, bath linens provided, and end-of-stay cleaning included.
