The "Une Douce Parenthèse" holiday cottage is a multi-level village house, semi-detached on one side. Ground floor: Fully equipped kitchen open to the living/dining room (Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker). TV. 1 separate half-bath with sink. 1 bedroom with a 160-cm bed and a private bathroom with toilet. On the first floor: a large landing with a desk leading to 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a private bathroom, 1 bedroom with a 90 cm bed, and 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed. Bathroom with toilet. On the second floor: a kids’ play area (books, video game console, etc.), with a sofa, and one “dorm-style” bedroom with three 90-cm beds. Wi-Fi. Umbrella bed and high chair available upon request. Free public parking lot in a small lot in front of the holiday cottage.

The accommodation offers an all-inclusive service, including end-of-stay housekeeping, bed linens, bath linens, electricity, and heating.

A cleaning fee will be charged for business stays: €80 per stay.

In Époisses: a castle dating back to the 6th century, a cheese factory, a Piscine open in the summer, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket. Nearby tourist attractions in the Auxois region: the medieval villages of Semur-en-Auxois and Flavigny-sur-Ozerain, the Château de Bussy-Rabutin, the Fontenay Abbey (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), and the MuséoParc Alésia.
