The 45 m2 property is entirely on one level, with a PMR threshold for the front door and private parking for one vehicle. Breakfast is served in the owners' Detached house with its regional character, or on the terrace overlooking the cottage garden. The setting is calm and green. The owners will be delighted to show you around the entire garden: perennials (around 400), numerous rose bushes (70), daylilies and original shrubs over 700m2. An ideal address for sightseeing, relaxation or sports, with numerous nearby Hiking trails, including the GR7, which passes through the village, the Vallée de l'Ouche cycle route (bike garage available), the Dijon-Prenois racetrack (9km), paragliding, the Golf de la Chassagne (4km).
