The very comfortable guest room has been tastefully renovated while retaining its charm and authenticity (stone walls and niche, exposed beams, etc.). The 45-square-meter space is entirely on one level, with a wheelchair-accessible threshold at the front door and private parking for one vehicle (electric vehicles can be charged overnight using a standard outlet; a fee applies). Breakfast, included in the rate, is served in the owner’s home—a detached house with regional character—or on its terrace overlooking the “cottage-style” garden. The setting is quiet and lush. You’ll also have the opportunity to enjoy a guided tour of the entire garden with the owners: numerous perennials, rose bushes, collectible daylilies, and unique shrubs spread across 700m². An ideal spot for sightseeing, relaxing, or enjoying outdoor activities, with nearby: numerous hiking trails, including the GR7, which passes through the village; the Ouche Valley bike route (bike storage available); the Dijon-Prenois racetrack (9 km); a paragliding launch site; and the Chassagne Golf Course (4 km). Free overnight stay for infants under 3 years old sleeping in an Umbrella bed. 10% discount on stays of 3 nights or more. The village features a gourmet Restaurant and a pizzeria. Dijon’s historic center is just 12 km away. Take Exit 32 on the A38 highway at Velars-sur-Ouche (Bourg).
