This 100 m² Holiday cottage has been awarded the "Esprit Parc" quality label.

On the first floor, you'll enjoy a vast, warm living room where noble materials (exposed stonework, beams) blend elegantly with meticulous decoration: a fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a comfortable living room with flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove (wood supplied).separate toilet.
Upstairs, a corridor leads to a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a second bedroom with two twin 80cm beds (160cm), a bathroom and separate WC. Washing machine available. Tumble dryer on request. WIFI

The park (accessible and shared with the owner, who lives on site) is a real invitation to stroll around. She will be delighted to show you around the property and, if you wish, introduce you to the estate's wines (booking required).

There's a private outdoor area in front of the Holiday cottage (table and barbecue), bicycles are available free of charge, there's an enclosed barn for bikes/motorbikes, and private parking at the entrance to the Holiday cottage.

Located in the heart of the Forest National Park, Pavillon de l'Octroi is the perfect base for exploring the riches of the Châtillonnais: Hiking, heritage, gastronomy. The sources of the Seine and many Remarkable sites such as the Abbaye de Fontenay are nearby.
