Welcome to our 15-person Holiday cottage, which we have renovated to offer you a cosy little nest for creating beautiful memories!

In a quiet village with shops, 30 minutes from Dijon, the Holiday cottage "Ô Coeur des Liens" offers: on the first floor: fully equipped independent kitchen, dining room with fireplace opening onto living room with TV, wifi, board games... a large veranda with garden furniture, with direct access to the garden and terrace, 1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom with corner bath and shower, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160X200 cm, 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs: 1 Kids' bedroom with 3 90X200 cm beds (including bunk beds), 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and WC, 1 through bedroom with study area, 2 90X200 cm beds, mezzanine with games and books for children, 1 bedroom with 1 160X200 cm bed + 1 90X200 cm bed, 2 bedrooms with 1 160X200 cm bed each.

Holiday cottage sleeps 12, but can be rented for 15 on request (please note: only 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs). Umbrella bed, high chair and changing table. Outside: large enclosed courtyard, 5-place parking lot, covered and floodlit pétanque court, bicycle shed, large 600 m² partially enclosed garden with trampoline, terrace with garden furniture, parasols, gas barbecue, 2 chiliennes. Kids' play area. Large house ideal for family gatherings or friends.

Village shops: grocery store, bakery, fast-food and gourmet restaurant, Pharmacy, medical center, multi-sports field, caterer, wine shop, hairdresser, florist. Nearby: the Seine and Suzon valleys with their game-filled Forests, criss-crossed by signposted footpaths and accessible by mountain bike. Prenois motor racing circuit. The Sources de la Seine and famous Auxois sites: Flavigny sur Ozerain, MuséoParc Alésia, Château de Bussy-Rabutin, Abbaye de Fontenay. Dijon, capital of the Dukes of Burgundy and Cité de la Gastronomie...
