On the first floor, a modern, fully-equipped 30 m2 kitchen, a comfortable living room with TV, library and wood-burning stove.

On the second floor, a 15 m2 bedroom with dressing room for 2 people: Queen-size double bed (160x200), and a 30 m2 family room with 1 Queen-size double bed (160x200 + 2 beds 90x200). A bathroom with toilet completes this floor.

Outside there's a pleasant wooden terrace and ample private parking for 4 cars.

A 500 m2 garden is the ideal place to relax on deckchairs or for the Kids to play.
