In the center of Saulieu, in the heart of Burgundy and at the gateway to the Morvan Regional Nature Park, this large Holiday cottage is the ideal place to gather with family or friends.
On the ground floor, a 50 m2 living room with a well-equipped kitchen for cooking enthusiasts.
Lounge/dining area. Tv / Netflix. Flat screen. Pellet stove (pellets supplied). A bedroom with a 140cmx190cm bed and a shower room with adjoining toilet.
On the second floor, 3 spacious bedrooms (2 with 1 x 160cm bed and 1 with 1 x 140cm bed), one of which has its own private shower room with Italian shower (laundry area: washing machine and tumble dryer). And a second with bathroom and shower. Separate WC on landing. Fan in each bedroom.
On the second floor, a common area with kitchenette leads to 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds 90xmx190cm. And a bedroom with 3 beds 90x190cm. Shower room and WC. Air freshener.
Enclosed exterior with private, secure parking. Garden furniture - 2 planchas. Kids' games.
Small covered lounge in garden with table soccer.
Cleaning, household linen, sheets, heating and electricity are included in the price.
Towels optional: €3/person
Holiday cottage not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Saulieu is a gastronomic stopover, with several fine restaurants of international renown. The City also boasts some fine historical remains. Don't miss the Romanesque basilica of Saint-Andoche, with its sculpted capitals. Bonus: Saulieu is also the capital of the Christmas tree!
The City is also close to the great lakes and rivers of the Morvan (Lac des Settons and Lac Chamboux), inviting you to enjoy both Hiking and water sports in calm waters.
Bikes can be stored in an enclosed outbuilding.

Merci pour votre notation mais toutefois le 4/5 pour l'accueil m'interroge je me suis rendu très
disponible et vous m'avez même remercié pour ma sollicitude, nous vous avons permis de rester plus tard.....vous pouviez me joindre à toutes heure....et pour l'accueil nous avons passé un moment au téléphone afin de vous fonner le maximum de renseignements......Peut-être le fait que je n'étais pas en présence mais à distance....toutefois cela permets à nos hôtes une plus large liberté sur les temps d'arrivées ou départ....
Je vous remercie toutefois d'avoir été des voyageurs exemplaires et agréables.
Nous sommes preneurs de toutes remarques qui peut nous permettre de nous améliorer. -

Il ne manque rien, il y a tout ce qu'il faut.
Les propriétaires sont très agréables et très arrangeants. Arrivée facile et départ facile tout est basé sur la confiance.

5/5Heel leuk huis. Zeer goed uitgerust met kwaliteitsvol materiaal. Zo fijn dat er kruiden, koffie, thee, afwasproduct, wasproduct, WC-papier, noem maar op... is voorzien. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaars. Een heel grote supermarkt om de hoek en bakkers op wandelafstand. Prachtige omgeving. Kortom, een aanrader.

5/5gîte très bien situé, nous pouvons faire tout Saulieu et les courses à pieds!!!
gentillesse de la propriétaite qui a passé bien du temps à exoliquer le gîte et ses environs, et nous a même "remboursé" des frais de nettoyage trouvant que nous avions laissé propre!!!
