Ideal for 4 people, this single-storey Holiday cottage is decorated in a warm, sober style, and features a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter and pod coffee machine, induction hob, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer), opening onto a comfortable living room (large-screen TV, wifi, board games, library, books...). Fireplace. Direct access to terrace and enclosed garden. Garden furniture, parasol, plancha. 2 deckchairs. Car parking available on the property. Numerous shops in the village.
The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cmx200cm), the other, relatively small but charming (8.45m2), sleeps two (pull-out bed) - 2 x80x190cm twin beds. Bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC.
Housekeeping, sheets, towels, kitchen linen and heating included.
Options and extras: €10 wheelbarrow of wood.
Baby chair, Umbrella bed and baby bath available.

Her_Mine Le gîte est parfait : très bien équipé, décoré avec goût, propre et est situé à un endroit très calme. Notre séjour à été bref mais nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. La propriétaire très est gentille et très accueillante.

PLACE Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriétaire qui sait mettre en valeur son gîte et sa région. Gîte calme et très confortable, très bien équipé. Nous avons pu découvrir les alentours de Selongey, Dijon et sa région, Beaune.
