In the heart of the vineyards, in a quiet residential area of Nuits-Saint-Georges, detached renovated house set in 640 m² of wooded grounds.

First floor over basement: attractive open-plan living room with contemporary decor, integrated kitchen, dining room and lounge (2 extra beds possible in sofa bed with supplement).

One bedroom with double bed (140cm) and one bedroom with 2 twin beds (90cm). Industrial-style shower room with glass roof. Separate WC.

Basement: garage (2 m high) and laundry room. Terrace overlooking vineyards and enclosed garden. Pets not allowed.

Oil heating, electricity, linen and final cleaning included in the price. Monthly rates available on request and subject to conditions from October to April (maximum: 3 people. Bed linen and towels not included. Possibility of weekly/fortnightly cleaning: €50/service).

Nuits-St-Georges owes its fame to the prestige of its wines. Its location on the Route des Grands Crus between Dijon and Beaune, famous for its Hospices, makes it ideal for numerous cellar visits, as well as gastronomic, cultural and sporting activities in the Burgundy Vineyard. In Nuits St Georges, visit the Cassissium and Imaginarium, to learn all about the secrets of blackcurrant and Crémant de Bourgogne production. Nearby, renowned wine villages such as Vougeot, Morey Saint Denis, Chambolle Musigny, Ladoix Serrigny and Aloxe-Corton.

    Belle découverte

    Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce gîte bien équipé et bien placé. Les jeux (baby foot, table de ping-pong, jeu de quilles) nous ont permis de nous occuper avec notre fils pendant la pluie et les soirées. Le propriétaire a été arrangeant et très sympathique. Nous recommandons cet endroit pour passer de belles vacances.

    Séjour d'une semaine au calme

    Cette maison est idéalement située dans un quartier très calme, tout près du centre de Nuits-Saint-Georges. Bien exposée, elle dispose d'un joli jardin aux abords des vignobles. L'intérieur est bien rénové dans un ensemble assez basique. La cuisine très complète est suffisamment équipée. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette magnifique région.

    I have spent a lovely week in l'Orée de Nuits. Although in a suburban area, it is very quiet and has a stunning view over the vineyards. All you hear are the many birds. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay, the WiFi is very good.
    It is in a great location to explore the Côte d'Or, and there are plenty of restaurants, good and excellent, nearby, as well as a large supermarket.
    Carine and Cyril who live next door, are very friendly and responsive.
