Access to this 6-person Holiday cottage is via an independent staircase. The ground floor comprises a large, fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave + washing machine), opening onto a comfortable living room with flat-screen TV and WIFI. 1 separate WC, a bedroom with a 160 x 190 cm bed and en-suite shower room.

Upstairs, you'll find a bedroom with a 160 x 190 cm bed and a bedroom with 2 twin 90 x 190 cm beds. Bathroom with WC on the landing.
(Sloping landing may be narrow for tall people).

Fully enclosed, private terrace and grounds. Easy parking in front of Holiday cottage.


In the village, just a few minutes' drive away, you'll find a gourmet restaurant, a pizzeria and several shops. Dijon's historic center and Cite de la Gastronomie are just 12km away. Nearby: cycle route. Dijon-Prenois racetrack 10 km away. Exit n°32 A38 freeway Velars sur Ouche Bourg.

All inclusive Holiday cottage: bed linen and towels, electricity and gas included, end-of-stay cleaning included (provided you leave the cottage clean and tidy). WIFI. Our four-legged friends are welcome (deposit: €50).
