L'Oasis Beaunoise

Beaune is internationally renowned for its Vineyard and its famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage site. At the entrance to the hamlet of Gigny, 3 km from the center of Beaune, spacious and comfortable detached house with pleasant swimming pool, shared with the owners, neighbors of the gîte.

On the ground floor: a large, bright living room opening onto the terrace, with a fully equipped open-concept kitchen (1 filter coffee maker + 1 Senseo, raclette machine), a dining area, and a living room with a wood-burning stove. One single bedroom (1 90-cm bed). One bathroom with shower and tub. Separate toilet. Laundry room. Game room in the basement with a multi-game table and a PS2. Upstairs, two split levels accommodate four bedrooms: one with a 140-bed and a 90-bed, the second with a 160-bed, the third with two 90-beds, and the fourth with a 160-bed. This bedroom opens onto a large bathroom with a toilet. Baby bed and high chair provided. Air-conditioned house. Terrace, garden, and private parking area enclosed by a gate. Charcoal grill. Enjoy a beautiful relaxation area with a pétanque court surrounding the shared, heated, and secure Piscine (dimensions: 10 x 5 m). It is open until 8:00 p.m. and features a covered terrace accessible during the day. Use of the Piscine is guaranteed from June through the end of September at the latest, provided the outside temperature is above 25°. The holiday cottage is located near the highway (no noise disturbances inside).
Beaune is known for its vineyard and its famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Numerous events take place year-round: Cinema festivals, baroque music festivals, “Cours aux jardins,” and more. Restaurants and wine tasting cellars are also available. Hiking, walks through the vineyards, and a bike route through the vineyards between Beaune and Santenay (bike rentals available in town). Also worth exploring along the Route des Grands Crus are the wine-growing villages of Beaune; on the Beach: 4 natural swimming pools.
