Beaune is internationally renowned for its Vineyard and its famous Hospices, a UNESCO World Heritage site. At the entrance to the hamlet of Gigny, 3 km from the center of Beaune, spacious and comfortable detached house with pleasant swimming pool, shared with the owners, neighbors of the gîte.

First floor: large, bright living room opening onto the terrace, with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (1 filter coffee maker + 1 Senseo, raclette machine), dining room and living room with wood-burning stove. One bedroom for 1 person (1 x 90cm bed), bathroom with shower and bath. Separate WC. Utility room. Basement games area with multi-game table and PS2. Upstairs, 2 half-levels lead to 4 bedrooms: one with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90, the second with 1 bed 160, the 3rd with 2 beds 90 and the last with 1 bed 160. This room communicates with a large shower room with WC. Baby bed and high chair. Air-conditioned house. Terrace, garden and private gated parking. Charcoal barbecue. Enjoy a lovely relaxation area with petanque court around the shared heated and secure swimming pool (dimensions: 10 x 5 m). It's open until 8 p.m. and has a covered terrace accessible during the day. Use of the Piscine is guaranteed from June to September. Holiday cottage located close to the freeway (no nuisance inside).

Restaurants and wine-tasting cellars. Hiking, vineyard walks, Vineyard cycle route between Beaune and Santenay (bike rentals in the commune). Also worth discovering on the Route des Grands Crus, the wine villages Beaune, côté Beach: 4 natural swimming pools.
