A 10-minute walk from Beaune town center, and 5 minutes from the train station, this small, fully-renovated single-storey house is set in an enclosed courtyard, opposite the owners' house. Small fully-equipped kitchen opening onto living room, 1 bedroom with 1 x 140 x 200 cm bed and ceiling fan, 1 separate toilet, 1 shower room with Italian shower. Wifi, sofa, TV, washing machine, standing fan and Tassimo and filter coffee makers. Terrace with table and chairs, parasol and charcoal barbecue (possibility of reserving a small bag of charcoal and barbecue lighter for 10 euros). Free parking for one car in the street in front of the Holiday cottage, with the possibility of parking bicycles (and bike rack) in the secure courtyard.
Loan of VTC bikes on request (deposit of €50 per bike, payable to the owners). Baby bed and high chair available on request.
