Courtyard in front of the house and 25m² wooden terrace to the rear. One parking space in front of the Holiday cottage and public parking lot nearby.

Bed linen, final cleaning and towels included in the price.
As an option for BMX enthusiasts, access to a private (but not exclusive) 5,000 sq. m. approved BMX course with closed bike storage area, approx. 2 km from the Holiday cottage.


Nuits-St-Georges owes its renown to the prestige of its wines, and its location between Dijon and Beaune, famous for its Hospices, on the Route des Grands Crus offers numerous cellar visits, as well as gastronomic, cultural and sporting activities in the Burgundy Vineyard. Leave your car behind and discover Beaune and Dijon at your leisure from the station, by train or bus, close to the Holiday cottage.


Charges and extras :

Gas heating: daily rate of €5 to €8 depending on the season (€5 in summer for water heating - to be paid on site).
Electricity according to meter reading (8 kwh included in prices).
Electric bikes can be hired from the owner.
BMX court option: €250 for a week, €150 for a short stay.
