In a small hamlet, detached house on 2 levels, attached by a garage.
First floor: fitted kitchen opening onto large living room with wood-burning stove. Shower room/WC. First floor: mezzanine with lounge. 3 bedrooms: one with 1 x 140cm bed and 1 x 90cm bed, a second with 2 x 110cm beds, and the 3rd with 1 x 160cm bed. En-suite bathroom. WC. Baby bed and high chair. Senseo pod coffee maker.
Courtyard and partly enclosed 800 m² garden with swing. Table tennis and table soccer. Terrace. Parking. Up to 3 cars can be parked in the courtyard.
Étang Fouché 5 km away: supervised swimming in summer, equipped beach, games for Kids, bike and pedal-boat hire. Morvan Regional Nature Park 20 km, Autun 30 km. Attractions Summer Market at night in Arnay, the Maison des Arts de la Table.
Pets not allowed.
Charges and extras : Sheets: 7 € for a single bed and 14 € for a double bed. End-of-stay cleaning: €58. Bathroom linen: €5 per person per stay. Kitchen linen: 1 € for the stay. Electric heating and electricity according to meter reading (8 kwh/day included). Wood: 35 € per stere (or 5 € per basket).

Gîte très bien aménagé tout est pensé pour un séjour agréable, les chambres sont vastes, confortables et calmes. Des sanitaires au rez. De chaussée et à l’étage sont un confort appréciable lorsque nous sommes nombreux. Depuis la terrasse exposée plein sud une vue sur le Morvan aide au farniente. Merci à Christine d’avoir créé ce nid.

Peter Des vacances reposantes au calme et dans un paysage magnifique
Nous avons passé quatre semaines aux Saules et nous avons adoré. La maison est située au calme dans un petit hameau, avec une vue imprenable sur la campagne environnante. L'ameublement est de bon goût et tout le nécessaire est là. Christine est très sympathique et serviable, et donne de précieux conseils. Merci pour l'invitation à l'apéritif ! Les commerces sont à environ 10 minutes à Arnay-le-Duc, ou à 25 minutes à Autun. De nombreux sites touristiques sont accessibles en 30 à 60 minutes de route.

Berger Calme assuré. Gîte conforme aux photos et au descriptif. Superbe terrasse.
Intérieur bien agencé, rien ne manque. Bonne literie et couvertures en grand nombre.
